Equinox is teaming up with Memorial Sloan Kettering (a place near and dear to my heart) to raise money for rare cancer research. I have joined a team appropriately called 'Hakuna Ma Tatas' with some great friends of mine to ride it out on March 3rd. There are four back-to-back 50 minute rides where we ride relay style. What better way to jump back into shape than this. I love spinning, I love MSK, and I love exercising with friends! This fundraiser is perfect. My goal is $1,000. Any donation is appreciated!

If your wallet is really burning a hole in your pocket, this is another great cause to donate for. My good friend Kenny has been raising money for American Cancer Society consistently. Last year he ran his first full marathon and raised over $5,500 for the cause. Like many of us, Kenny has lost loved ones from this terrible disease but he continues to fight with all of us to put an end to it. Thanks to all of your generous contributions I managed to raise an incredible $12,600 for Avon 39: The Walk To End Breast Cancer. The New York Avon 39 raised $6.4 million for research, education and patient services to support the New York metropolitan, tri-state area and nationwide. Me and my mom have already signed up for 2018 but as you can see there are many amazing causes to support and we'll be deciding whether or not our legs can carry us 39 miles next year.
